After undergoing multiple back surgeries, Heather continued to experience chronic back pain. It wasn't until she realized the need to address the underlying cause of her pain that she began her healing journey. Throughout the episode, Heather emphasizes the ancient wisdom of treating the whole person, integrating the body and soul.
