Annually, an estimated 100 million people in the US encounter allergies, and it has become such a prevalent occurrence that we accept it as a routine part of life. While some individuals suffer from allergies, others appear immune to them; however, a shared emotional cause underlies these allergic reactions.

At the core of many allergies lies an overwhelmed spirit, a lack of nurturing, or emotional support deficits during our formative years. When we combine these experiences with the overwhelming stimuli of the modern world, it's no wonder we may feel allergic to our environment. Rather than being allergic to what's in the air, we might actually be reacting to the immense stress and responsibilities we face daily. This inclination to give endlessly, neglecting our own needs, is often modeled by our parents or caregivers and becomes a fundamental driver for allergies.

As we delve into individual allergy potentials, we uncover suppressed or repressed grief and unintentional neglect from our childhood. Dysregulation in learning how to relax or difficulty in manifesting positivity in our lives can also contribute to allergies. Furthermore, feeling attacked, emotionally invaded, or struggling to set boundaries may lead to allergic reactions as our body communicates its discomfort with the environment.

Our bodies utilize allergies as a coping mechanism to deal with overwhelming emotions and experiences we carry subconsciously. The objective of the Mind Change Method is not to eliminate these coping mechanisms but to address and release the underlying thoughts, memories, beliefs, and experiences that trigger allergic reactions. By doing so, our perception expands, and we can embrace a less toxic and more vibrant world.
