Heather McKean
Best-selling author, international speaker, and creator of The Mind Change Method, Heather is a pioneer and leading expert in the neurobiology of trauma, chronic illness, and disease. Taking back her health and her life after facing decades of illness, she was inspired to help as many people as possible. Heather has now empowered thousands of people to take their health and happiness back into their own hands to help create the life of their dreams.
When she is not directly inspiring the world with her story, Heather will be out in the sun as much as possible: lying on a beach, hiking in nature, or riding her horse!
Kent McKean
After witnessing his wife find complete healing after a decade of chronic and debilitating illness, Kent was intrigued with the mind/body/spirit connection and how much power we hold inside to change from within. Kent now helps people find victory over any and all roadblocks to health and wellness through the very methods he used to overcome his own emotional, relational, and spiritual hurdles. Through neuro-rewiring of trauma, limiting beliefs, and coping skills, he is on a mission to help transform the world, one mind at a time.
In his free time, you’ll find Kent spending time with his wife and kids, playing music, hitting the weights, competing in some sort of game or sport, going on (semi-dangerous) adventures in the outdoors, and enjoying all plant-based yumminess!
McKenzie Brewster
McKenzie had been an active go-getter when she developed neurological and heart-related issues, leaving her barely able to walk. As her health continued to dwindle after seeing any specialist possible, she began to wonder if there was something deeper needed for her healing. Mind Change helped answer that question, addressing the traumas and subconscious patterns keeping her from living her life to the fullest.
Known for her dedicated, studious nature and genuine presence, McKenzie now runs around Austin, enjoying a creative life and helping others connect with their own ability to heal and truly flourish.
